Sports Rules

Scope and Application

These sports rules govern all wagering conducted on the Dada8 platform. They apply to all markets, events and bet types available to End Users, subject to applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation. Age restrictions, identification checks and responsible gaming requirements remain in force.

  • Stake: the amount wagered by the End User.

  • Market: a specific wagering opportunity within an Event (for example, match result, total, handicap, etc.).
  • Odds: the price or multiplier applied to an eligible Outcome.
  • Action: a wager that remains valid under these Rules and the applicable event conditions.
  • No Action: a designation where a wager is cancelled and the Stake returned due to predefined conditions.

General Betting Rules

All Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and the laws applicable to Dada8 operations. Bets are accepted before the start of an Event; live bets may be placed during an Event. Bets accepted are not reversible except as provided herein. The minimum and maximum stakes, and maximum winnings, are determined per event and market and may change without notice. Bets placed in excess of the available balance are not accepted.

The Company may limit, adjust or suspend odds, stakes, payout limits and offerings at any time. Bets entered with the same selection(s) across multiple events (accumulators) will be settled in accordance with these Rules; cancellations or partial cancellations of individual components do not preserve partial winnings unless specifically stated.

In the event of an error in odds or in the posting of a market, the Company reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or to cancel the affected wagers. Bets found to be placed by automated means or by multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting offers may be voided or voided in whole or part. The English version of these Rules controls in the event of any discrepancy with translations.

Event Official Status and No Action

Wagers on Events are official and actionable only if the Event takes place as scheduled at the designated venue and date. An Event that is postponed, suspended, or not completed per the official governing body remains subject to No Action for all affected wagers, except where otherwise specified for specific sports or markets.

Auto Racing, Golf, Tennis, MMA, UFC and Boxing are exempt from the default date and site rule. If such Events are postponed or rescheduled, wagers remain valid unless the governing body cancels the Event. In the absence of an official ruling, the wagering decision is governed by the prevailing rules of the governing organization or, failing that, Las Vegas wagering standards shall apply.

Results, Sources and Discrepancies

The winner of a wager is determined by official results from the sporting body or the primary official site of the Event. If an Event does not have an official site, results come from widely recognized sports authorities chosen by Dada8. In cases of discrepancy between sources, Dada8 reserves the right to determine the result based on the most authoritative source available. If results differ between the broadcast and official site, Dada8 may rely on official event data or provide final settlements based on the official site data.

For all player or team props, results shall be determined by the official competition results. If an Event is not concluded or if a result is not officially declared, wagers will be No Action unless a specific rule dictates settlement.

Time, Suspension and Postponement

All Event times posted in the line are indicative. If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, the Event becomes No Action unless the rules for a specific Market or Sport provide otherwise. If play resumes within a specified grace period, affected live bets may survive; if not resumed within the period, live bets may be settled at odds of 1.0 unless otherwise stated.

In case an Event is completed with overtime or additional periods, the applicable markets that include overtime will reflect such extensions unless specifically excluded.

Live Betting

Live bets are accepted on markets available for in-play wagering. The bet is considered accepted after the online confirmation is issued. Live bets are not editable and are settled based on the final outcome and defined in-run events unless a market provides otherwise. In the event of a results inaccuracy, the Company may adjust settlements in line with these Rules.

Bet Types and Market Coverage

Standard Bet Types include:

  • Single: a wager on a single Outcome.
  • Combo: multiple independent Outcomes; all must win for a payout.
  • System: a fixed set of combinations derived from a pre-selected pool of Outcomes; payouts depend on the combined odds.

  • Over/Under
  • Handicap and Asian Handicap

Cash Out and Early Payout

Dada8 may offer Cash Out and Early Payout options at its discretion. These features are discretionary, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and are not guaranteed. Settlement of any Cash Out or Early Payout follows the terms displayed at the time of offer and may differ from standard settlement rules.

Special Rules and Prohibited Practices

Explicit prohibitions apply to the use of automated tools, collusion, or misrepresentation in relation to wagering. The Company may void or suspend bets and/or restrict accounts where there is evidence of cheating, manipulation, or disallowed conduct. Incorrect or conflicting matchup information may be grounds for cancellation.

Post-Race, Post-Season and Weather-Related Considerations

Postponed or suspended events will be treated in accordance with Sport-Specific rules. For baseball, weather delays and mercy rules have defined treatment for action and No Action. For team sports with designated mercy rules or playoff conditions, settlement follows the governing federation guidelines. In World Baseball Classic scenarios or similar post-season formats, mercy rules may differ from regular-season rules as published by Dada8.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Rules are governed by the applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation and are subject to the final and binding decision of Dada8. In the absence of governing authority, decisions may be informed by recognized industry standards and, where appropriate, local regulatory requirements. End Users may lodge disputes in accordance with Dada8 procedures, and responses will follow the timelines stated in the User Agreement.

Changes to Rules

Dada8 reserves the right to amend, update or withdraw any part of these Rules at any time and without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting and apply to bets placed after the posting date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
